MEET NICOLE
Nicole completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Regina in 2006, most recently completing her Perinatal Mental Health Certification in 2023. She is currently a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (# 2195) and adheres to the Canadian Association of Social Work Code of Ethics.

Nicole provides a safe environment to explore emotions with support, encouragement, and trust- having 17 years of experience working in maternal, infant, child and adolescent settings of care. Nicole believes in respectful birthing and post-partum care. Her desire is to create a community of support where every person feels seen, heard, and validated.
She shares that she is a life long learner and finds inspiration and empowerment in education, personal, and professional growth. Nicole believes in the power of human connection and kindness and is fascinated by the mind body connection and is energized by sharing this with others.
Her values and approach in the therapeutic relationship include trauma informed, solution, and strength-based support. She strives to provide empowerment through a collaborative combination of CBT, ACT, Interpersonal Therapy, Attachment Theory and Stress Reduction Techniques.
She enjoys music, camping, and spending time with family and friends!
