Grief & Anxiety Groups
We have started developing a number of groups at Open Skies that will focus on coping with anxiety:
Shauna Gallagher-Todd will be running a youth anxiety group from September 14th to October 12th, 2021. This group is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based group and runs from 5:30-7:00pm. The goal is to help youth ages 12-17 learn how to cope with anxiety. Youth will leave the group with a better understanding of how anxiety impacts them, and how to regulate their emotions in a helpful way.
